Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the little treats and color pencils they provided for my daughter. The room was clean but had a major issue with noise from the air conditioner that made it hard to relax. Another inconvenience was the lack of channels on the TV. The shared facilities were mostly okay, but the restrooms were not exactly close to our room. The freezing cold days were manageable as heating was provided, but I did have to deal with second-hand smoke from the restroom in front of my room. Despite these issues, the heating and cleanliness were notable positives. Pricing was also very reasonable for the stay, which I appreciated.

The location was perfect for our needs, providing convenient access to Accor Stadium. The staff were genuinely lovely and went above and beyond to assist us. I appreciated the complimentary parking, which was extremely handy for our family trip. we enjoyed the food, which exceeded our expectations in quality.
